"Anyway on the subject of good customer service I am very, very impressed with 'Landy Bits and Bobs'. Not only is the 'ardcase a lovely piece of kit anyway but in trialling this product on a Series truck, I found some issues and let them know with some photos explaining the issues and the response was fantastic, with offer to make alterations to suit my vehicle and repaint all for free plus the offer of some extra merchandise as thank you for any inconvenience. As it happens the problems are minor and partially due to my vehicle having a different set of pedals to those used for the prototype - this is the sort of customer service we need more of. "Landy Bits And Bobs is an excellent little company. A quick email to them asking for details and they not only called me back over a weekend but went out of their way to help. As it a happened they did not make a pedal lock for Series Land Rovers at the time but they had a prototype. I was desperate to get one so after parting with my hard earned, just a few weeks later I had the first production ‘Ardcase to be fitted to a Series Land Rover It is very well made, quite heavy as you can imagine but after a bit of practice is dead easy to get off and on the pedals (takes about 20 seconds) and the best thing is that for us in a 109″ the ‘Ardcase fits behind the seats. This is something that the big steering wheel diskloks can’t do and would end up being stored or carried in the footwell. (Remember ours is a truck cab) It is also quite clearly highly visible and anybody looking into the cab through the windows can clearly see the pedals are locked/disabled. I can thoroughly and highly recommend this device."
